Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, EOIR, to lead AI Testing, Evaluation, Validation, and Deployment Readiness services for the DOJ EOIR contract. This is a high-visibility role requiring executive-level program management and deep AI expertise, coordinating a technical staff in a FedRAMP-enabled cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional activity, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain security/compliance with FISMA and NIST frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Must obtain/maintain DOJ Public Trust clearance.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Certifications in AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity preferred.
• Familiarity with NIST RMF and FedRAMP security processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT/AI project activities across SOW Task Areas 1-5.
• Lead TEVV activities including generative AI performance assessments and adversarial red teaming.
• Serve as primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Plan stages with disciplined PM methodology covering risk and configuration management.
• Lead deliverable development and timely submission of status reports and plans.
• Manage workforce and telework with monthly reporting to the Government Task Monitor.
• Ensure security/compliance with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and NIST AI RMF for all platforms.
• Set technical data operation standards and improve enterprise search on unstructured data.
