Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a motivated Program Manager to lead a DOJ EOIR contract in Falls Church, VA. The hybrid role combines on-site and remote duties, overseeing VoIP, N/W, A/V, DAR, and asset management operations with a team of ~55 staff.

The PM will ensure performance, budgeting, and staffing alignment, while engaging with government stakeholders and driving process improvements in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years IT program/project management experience.
• 5+ years managing federal IT services contracts.
• PMP required; ITIL v4 Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government for contract performance.
• Oversee a team of resources supporting networking, VoIP, A/V, asset management and onsite Tier 2 support.
• Oversee program budget, burn rate, and invoicing accuracy; forecast staffing and funding needs.
