Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a senior IT Program Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of the government task order and act as the contractor’s single point of contact to the Contracting Officer, COR, and senior Government stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role coordinating enterprise engineering and operations programs to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, information systems, or a closely related technical or management field.
• Minimum 5 years IT program management experience across multiple technical teams or workstreams.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) cert; must obtain ITIL v5 Foundation before proposal.
• Minimum 10 years supporting federal clients in IT/technical environments.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor work under the task order and coordinate across evaluation, architecture, engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management workstreams.
• Interface with Contracting Officer, COR, government program managers, and senior stakeholders; respond to urgent requests within one hour during business hours.
• Manage performance tracking, weekly/status reporting, PM reviews, quality control, risk/issue management, staffing, subcontractor coordination, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain the program management framework: schedules, staffing plans, quality control, transition plans, org charts, action-item tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multiple technical teams, manage interdependencies, identify risks early, and drive recovery/mitigation plans.
• Lead transition-in/out activities and knowledge transfer to operations without disrupting mission services.
• Apply Agile and Scrum where appropriate while maintaining governance and documentation for a large federal IT program.
• Promote continuous improvement, transparent communication, and measurable service delivery across the contractor team.
