Job summary

LCG Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Senior Program Manager to lead the execution, governance, and day-to-day delivery of a large federal IT modernization and O&M program.

You will partner with Product Owners, security stakeholders, and leadership to ensure milestones, budgets, and risks are effectively managed in a regulated federal environment. The role is hybrid with on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical delivery
• 5+ years managing multi-team programs
• PMP certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and governance across a multi-team portfolio spanning B.A., QA, Development, ServiceNow, EA, O&M, and DB workstreams.
• Own program delivery outcomes across concurrent initiatives including modernization, backlog delivery, enhancements, sustainment, integrations, and security/compliance work.
• Establish and maintain program-level RAIDs and drive mitigation planning and follow-through.
• Coordinate delivery transitions from intake to release and sustainment with minimal ambiguity and churn.
