Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience in IT, information systems, business, public administration, or computer science.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT portfolio management, strategic planning, business analysis, program analysis, or related work, preferably with federal clients.
• Experience analyzing IT investments, programs, systems, applications, services, and portfolio performance to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with IT planning, CPIC, OMB guidance and reporting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Support development and maintenance of IT portfolio strategies, plans, roadmaps, and updates.
• Analyze IT investments, programs, applications, systems, and services for alignment with priorities.
• Conduct current-state and target-state assessments to identify gaps and risks.
• Lead CPIC activities including reporting, investment analysis, and business case support.
• Create executive briefs, reports, and data-call responses for government leadership.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, offices, technical teams, and contractors to translate complex data into actionable insights.
