Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, portfolio/program management, consulting, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience supporting director/VP/executive leaders and managing complex cross-functional portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio management, executive communications, governance, and operational support across strategic initiatives.
• Manage executive priorities, action items, decision tracking, and follow-up; produce executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and drive accountability across business, product, technology, HR, finance, procurement, and PMO stakeholders.
