Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a DOT IT Portfolio Management Analyst to support the IT portfolio, CPIC, and investment management processes at DOT HQ in Washington, DC. The role includes budget formulation and execution support, process reengineering, and dashboard development.

You will conduct research on policy, respond to data calls, and help prepare meetings and status reports, working on-site in DC. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected, with clearance eligibility

Qualifications

• Experience with IT portfolio management and CPIC processes.
• Ability to analyze IT budget formulation and execution data with attention to detail.
• Experience working in a matrixed team environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad range of technical services for DOT IT portfolio and CPIC processes.
• Support DOT-Wide IT Portfolio Management, Budget Formulation and Budget Execution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and prepare meeting materials.
• Assist in status reporting and data calls; track actions and maintain repository.
