Job summary

Capstone Analytic seeks a Senior Strategic FP&A Manager to support complex federal health IT portfolio strategy and investment planning. You will coordinate across stakeholders, analyze data across budgets, contracts, and performance, and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations.

The role leads one or more portfolio areas, aligning modernization priorities with strategic objectives, while partnering with cost estimators, data analysts, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant FP&A and portfolio management experience with leadership.
• Strong ability to interpret budgets, forecasts, and investment data.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic FP&A and portfolio coordination lead.
• Lead baseline assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap development.
• Develop portfolio-level insights and investment priorities.
• Prepare executive briefings, analyses, dashboards, and decision packages.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and financial teams.
