## DOT IT Portfolio Management AnalystApply: US - DC, Washington: US - VA, Arlington: Full time: Posted Today: 44537**Job Family:**Management Consulting**Travel Required:**None**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Provide a broad range of technical services in support of DOT’s Information Technology (IT) portfolio, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and investment management processes and functions, to include: • DOT-Wide IT Portfolio Management Support • Budget Formulation Support • Budget Execution Support • Business Process Reengineering* You will also perform research on government-wide and DOT IT policy; validate IT budget formulation and execution IT data.* Track progress on workflows* Develop meeting minutes and track actions.* Perform document control* Support reporting of IT formulation and execution data* Be responsive and proactive in responding to client needs.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\".* Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.* One (1) to Three (3) years of experience.* Work on-site at DOT HQ in Washington DC.* Understanding of how to prioritize tasks* Background in financial management with the ability perform detailed analysis on IT budget formulation and execution data.* Attention to detail, work in a matrixed team.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Experience with OMB IT portfolio management and CPIC data, processes, and reporting.The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
