Guidehouse is seeking a DOT IT Portfolio Management Analyst to support the IT portfolio, CPIC, and investment management processes at DOT HQ in Washington, DC. The role includes budget formulation and execution support, process reengineering, and dashboard development.

You will conduct research on policy, respond to data calls, and help prepare meetings and status reports, working on-site in DC. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected, with clearance eligibility

Qualifications

• Experience with IT portfolio management and CPIC processes.
• Ability to analyze IT budget formulation and execution data with attention to detail.
• Experience working in a matrixed team environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

## DOT IT Portfolio Management AnalystApply: US - DC, Washington: US - VA, Arlington: Full time: Posted Today: 44535**Job Family:**Management Consulting**Travel Required:**None**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Provide a broad range of technical services in support of DOT’s Information Technology (IT) portfolio, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and investment management processes and functions, to include: • DOT-Wide IT Portfolio Management Support • Budget Formulation Support • Budget Execution Support • Business Process Reengineering* You will also perform research on government-wide and DOT IT policy; validate IT budget formulation and execution IT data.* Track progress on workflows* Develop meeting minutes and track actions.* Perform document control* Support reporting of IT formulation and execution data* Be responsive and proactive in responding to client needs.* You will help respond to external (OMB) and internal (leadership) data calls.* Assist in the various regular reporting; perform analysis on IT Spend Plan and individual procurements.* Develop and maintain dashboard; prepare meeting materials.* Support status reporting; assist maintenance of repository.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\".* Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.* Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience.* Work on-site at DOT HQ in Washington DC.* Must be responsive and proactive in responding to client needs.* Understanding of how to prioritize tasks.* Have background in financial management with the ability perform detailed analysis on IT budget formulation and execution data, attention to detail, work in a matrixed team.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Experience with OMB IT portfolio management and CPIC data, processes, and reporting.### The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
