Job summary

Dynanet Corporation is seeking a Budget Analyst to manage the customer's IT budget and support the budget approval process. You will prepare ad-hoc reports, business cases, and trade-off analyses to influence budget allocations across programs.

This role requires expertise in federal budgeting, financial analysis, and CPIC processes. You will deliver data-driven insights to optimize IT investments and ensure allocations align with the customer’s mission priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual IT budget formulation documents with leadership input.
• Achieve 100% on-time submission of annual and multi-year IT budget plans aligned with priorities.
• Support CPIC process through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with agency and federal staff on budget formulation and execution activities.
• Prepare budget formulation materials typically starting between February and April annually.
• Develop GT&C and 7600 ABs with historical volume of 8-6 in FY24, 3-2 in FY25, peaking in Q3-4.
