Job summary

Seamless Migration is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support growth in the federal government market. This remote role in NoVA offers opportunities to learn federal contracting, capture, proposal support, partner engagement, and pipeline management.

The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders, with a base salary + commission structure described in the posting.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, capture, proposal support, or government contracting.
• Interest in federal IT services, government procurement, and business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research opportunities, organize information, and track follow up items.

Responsibilities

• Research federal business opportunities using platforms such as SAM.gov and GovWin.
• Support the identification and qualification of new opportunities across Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence Community customers.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the company pipeline and opportunity tracking tools.
• Help gather customer, competitor, and teaming partner information to support capture efforts.
• Support proposal activity by coordinating inputs for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, white papers, and capability statements.
