Job summary

Din Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an accomplished BD/Capture Manager to lead Federal Civilian IT pursuits from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and award.

The Capture Manager will drive complex captures generally valued from $10 million to $100 million or more, including GSA task orders, and will report to the Director of Strategic Growth, Federal Civilian, within the Federal Civilian Market organization.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Ten+ years in Federal Government contracting with direct capture ownership.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle Federal IT pursuits valued from ~$10M to $100M+ and related task orders.
• Knowledge of Federal Civilian missions, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA MAS, OASIS+, 8(a) STARS III), and source-selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with Federal Civilian IT capabilities.
• Lead gate reviews, competitive assessments, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Develop capture plans, win themes, pricing, and staffing strategies.
• Coordinate with pricing, recruiting, and operations to transition captures to proposals.
