Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a seasoned BD/Capture Manager to lead Federal Civilian IT pursuits from qualification through proposal submission and award.

In this role, you will identify opportunities, coordinate gate reviews, develop staffing and pricing strategies, and drive teaming decisions with government partners and prime contractors. You will report to the Director of Strategic Growth and support multiple agency pursuits.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in Federal Government contracting, including recent years as a Capture Manager.
• Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree and U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with DDC’s Federal Civilian IT capabilities.
• Lead Gate 1 and Gate 2 reviews, competitive assessments, Black Hat reviews, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Develop capture plans, staffing, and pricing strategies across pursuits.
• Coordinate with government customers, primes, and industry partners.
• Transition mature captures into proposal development and ensure alignment with capture strategy.
