• Bachelor’s degree required; federal contracting experience preferred.
• Ten years of Federal Government contracting with five+ years as Capture Manager.
• Experience with full lifecycle capture in IT services for Federal Civilian agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify Fed Civilian IT opportunities aligned with DDC core capabilities.
• Assess need, timing, contract vehicle access, incumbents, competition, profitability & win probability.
• Lead Gate 1 and Gate 2 reviews, competitive assessments, and bid/no-bid decisions.
