Job summary

ICF seeks an Asset / Property Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT assets and personal property for a federal technology program, from procurement through secure disposal. This hands-on role reports to the Program Manager and ensures accurate asset records, compliance, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT asset management or federal personal property experience.
• 2+ years managing asset lifecycle programs under federal property regulations.
• 2+ years coordinating with hardware or DaaS vendors on procurement & logistics.
• Experience with federal property systems like NIH Sunflower or NBSC.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and update IT assets and personal property records in federal systems.
• Execute annual physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly status reports for PAO covering shortages, overages, and licenses.
• Tag assets with decals, serials, and vendor data accuracy.
• Coordinate with DaaS vendors on procurement and asset intake.
• Support end-of-life disposal including data removal and documentation.
• Work with PAO to maintain inventory controls and audit procedures.
• Assist procurement with equipment specs and intake documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records including acquisition, disposal, and depreciation.
