Job summary

ICF is seeking an Asset / Property Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT assets and personal property for a federal program in a hybrid Washington, DC area role. You will maintain asset records, conduct regular onsite inventories, and coordinate with DaaS vendors for procurement and asset intake.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT asset management and direct experience with federal property regulations, including PAO coordination, audits, and compliant disposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT asset management or federal personal property management.
• 2+ years managing asset lifecycle programs under federal regulations, including physical inventory and PAO coordination.
• 2+ years coordinating with hardware or DaaS vendors on procurement and asset intake.
• Experience with federal property systems of record such as NIH Sunflower, NBSC, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update a comprehensive inventory of IT assets and personal property in federal systems within 24 hours of acquisition or disposal.
• Execute the annual physical inventory cycle Jan–Sept per NIH guide, provide monthly metrics to the PAO and reconcile discrepancies by year-end.
• Prepare and deliver weekly inventory status reports to the PAO covering shortages, overages, damaged items, idle assets, and software licenses.
• Tag and label assets with decal numbers, serials, manufacturer, model, accountable user, location, and warranty/lease terms.
• Coordinate with DaaS vendors on procurement logistics, order tracking, delivery confirmation, and asset intake; ensure tagging and entry into the system of record.
