ADS, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead - Federal at its headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA.

You will guide and develop a high-performing inside sales team, coach reps, interview hires, and drive performance through structured training and clear expectations. You will manage territory coverage, support deal strategy for major opportunities, maintain Salesforce data accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and contract vehicles.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in management or leadership role is also preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing inside sales team.
• Interview and hire Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one performance reviews and set clear expectations.
• Plan territory coverage and manage sales pipelines.
• Coach on daily activities and deal strategy, providing structured training.
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and assist with pricing strategies.
• Monitor win/loss data and ensure export compliance and customer service standards.
