Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Supervisor - Federal to join our Government Imaging Team in St. Louis, MO.

You will oversee the secure, accurate digital conversion of physical records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with client SLAs. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of imaging processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment with 15–30 employees.
• Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of imaging processes and data integrity.
• Experience with invoicing and project management in high-volume settings.
• Clear communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Kofax knowledge is a plus and federal document imaging experience a plus.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and provide federal identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team in high-volume records imaging and digitization.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of scanned images and data.
• Index and validate data across software applications with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with procedures, security protocols, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers on process improvements.
