Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Supervisor - Federal to join our Government Imaging Team in St. Louis, MO.

You will lead a 15-30 person production crew, ensure secure, accurate conversion of hard copy records to digital assets, and maintain data integrity through attention to detail and internal procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating high-volume scanning, operating equipment, indexing data across applications, and ensuring compliance with client SLAs and security

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment for a team of 15-30 employees in a similar field
• Strong team training and leadership skills
• Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills
• Ability to assist in the invoicing process
• Strong project management experience in a high volume production environment

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, ensuring all documents are correctly sorted and prepped for efficient conversion
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into digital images, following strict quality control and production standards
• Index and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity
• Ensure compliance with all internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality
