Job summary

StraitSys is seeking a Project Manager to support the DOJ EOUSA OCIO CSS IdAM program in Washington, DC. You will lead the contractor team, coordinate with government program managers, and ensure alignment with mission objectives, schedules, and federal cybersecurity constraints.

The role requires coordinating requirements, roadmaps, and activities across Identity Governance, Authentication, and Privileged Access Management, while managing risks, deliveries, and security remediation timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT/cybersecurity projects involving government stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Proven track record in developing plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor personnel and coordinate day-to-day project execution.
• Interface with Government Program Managers, CORs, and stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across IdAM initiatives.
• Support Agile ceremonies and coordination of product backlogs and releases.
• Oversee testing, documentation, and deployment activities per SDLC and SPA&A needs.
