E Logic in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the USAidam IAM program for EOUSA. You will interface between contractor and government stakeholders, overseeing identity governance, authentication, and privileged access management, with a focus on secure file exchange.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
Minimum five years of PM experience in IT, cybersecurity, or IAM.
Experience managing Federal Government projects of similar size and scope.
Citizenship and ability to obtain CAC/Public Trust clearance.
Strong Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the contractor team to meet schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
Serve as primary contact for Government Program Managers and stakeholders.
Develop project plans, backlogs, and release schedules using Agile/Scrum.
Coordinate with Government PMs on roadmaps and program vision.
Manage responses to security patches and vulnerability notices.
Support Security and Privacy Assessment & Authorization activities.
Prepare monthly status reports and program reviews.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and burn rate for the program.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
