Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Government personnel data.
• Experience in federal HR, civilian personnel management, or military HR operations.
• Experience with OPM guidelines, Title 5 regulations, and agency-specific HR directives.
• Experience using federal HRIS systems such as USA Staffing, PeopleSoft, or DCPDS.
• Ability to analyze HR datasets and produce actionable insights.
• Ability to maintain compliance with federal HR rules and documentation standards.
• Secret clearance (or eligibility).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Leads one or more advisory engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend HR solutions.
• Applies functional knowledge with working and industry knowledge to develop solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide junior staff.
