Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Workforce Manpower Analyst to support workforce planning and policy analysis for federal programs at Fort Meade, MD. You will analyze personnel plans, update workforce trackers, draft Billet Change Requests, and assist with staffing actions and data analysis for cyber operations.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of management analysis experience in HR, or 11 years in lieu of degree. Master’s preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in workforce, staffing, and administration
• Experience with military HR management or military workforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and concepts
• Ability to brief data summaries for decision making
• Bachelor's degree; TS/SCI clearance; 7+ years management analysis or 11 years without degree

Responsabilidades

• Analyze personnel plans, programs, and policy related to officer and enlisted personnel
• Draft Billet Change Requests (BCRs) and assist with workforce data
• Update internal workforce trackers and organizational charts
• Coordinate with external entities on staffing actions and data analysis for cyber operations
• Support development of long-term growth plans and objectives
• Reengineer internal business processes and performance practices
• Work independently with some guidance
