Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Cyber Workforce Manpower Analyst to support workforce planning, policy analysis, and program management for cyber operations. You will analyze officer and enlisted personnel plans and duties, draft Billet Change Requests, and help forecast future workforce needs with data-driven insights.

The role requires security clearances, strong MS Office skills, and a background in military HR or workforce management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with workforce, staffing, and administration.
• Experience with military human resource management or military workforce, personnel, training, and education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of HR concepts, principles, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to develop and brief data summaries to support decision-making.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with management analysis, including supporting HR programs, or 11+ years of experience with management analysis, including supporting HR programs, in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personnel plans and policy analysis, and provide program management support for cyber operations.
• Update internal workforce and staffing trackers to ensure accuracy with current military and civilian data.
• Update organizational charts and coordinate with external entities on workforce actions and data analysis.
• Draft Billet Change Requests (BCRs) and assist with assessment of future workforce requirements.
• Support development of long-term growth plans and objectives defined by the client.
• Reengineer internal business performance practices and processes; work independently with some guidance.
