Job summary

ARETUM Holdings LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning and staffing by coordinating hiring actions. This role manages position descriptions, personnel requests, and improves workforce processes.

It maintains workforce data, develops reports, and partners with stakeholders to support recruitment, organizational readiness, and talent management. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified

Qualifications

BA or BS with 3–6 years in business, org management, or HR.
Ability to coordinate with government managers and Human Capital offices.
Strong written and verbal communication; facilitator skills.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, and interview processes.
Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
Develop workforce reports and dashboards for leadership on staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
