Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning, staffing, and talent management. The role coordinates position descriptions, personnel requests, and recruitment actions across multiple organizations, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines.

You will maintain workforce data, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to improve processes, onboarding, and organizational readiness in a federal consulting environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS and 3 to 6 years' experience in business administration, organizational management or HR.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, interview processes, and candidate tracking.
• Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings related to staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, as well as employee training and development programs.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to address skill gaps and succession planning.
• Coordinate with human capital offices, contractors, and government stakeholders to support workforce objectives.
