Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning and staffing by coordinating hiring actions. The role will manage position descriptions, personnel requests, and improve workforce processes while developing reports and partnering with stakeholders to support recruitment, organizational readiness, and talent management.

Due to the nature of federal consulting work, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must follow safeguarding and compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 5+ years of HR experience in federal environments.
• Experience coordinating hiring events, staffing actions, and surge hiring.
• Knowledge of workforce planning processes and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
• Proven collaboration with stakeholders across divisions and HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring actions and workforce planning for multiple divisions.
• Manage position descriptions, personnel requests, and data integrity.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support recruitment and talent management.
• Ensure compliance with DHS/CISA policies and safeguarding requirements.
• Provide centralized guidance to subdivision hiring leads and program offices.
