ARETUM Holdings LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning and staffing by coordinating hiring actions. This role manages position descriptions, personnel requests, and improves workforce processes.

It maintains workforce data, develops reports, and partners with stakeholders to support recruitment, organizational readiness, and talent management. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified

Qualifications

• BA or BS with 3–6 years in business, org management, or HR.
• Ability to coordinate with government managers and Human Capital offices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; facilitator skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, and interview processes.
• Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
• Develop workforce reports and dashboards for leadership on staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.

Job Summary

Aretum is seeking a Human Resources Manager that supports federal workforce planning and staffing by coordinating hiring actions. The Human Resources Manager will manage position descriptions, personnel requests, and improve workforce processes. This role maintains workforce data, develops reports, and partners with stakeholders to support recruitment, organizational readiness, and talent management.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems to shape workflow and processes.
• Serve as a liaison between government hiring managers hiring for cybersecurity positions and Office of Human Capital.
• Create and monitor personnel requests across multiple organizations and to be able to craft this information into position descriptions that meet federal guidelines.
• Create and monitor Personnel Action Request across multiple subdivisions.
• Process change requests to ensure alignment across systems before hiring actions are processed.
• Partner with hiring managers to align position descriptions with the appropriate grade and security level for job announcement creation request.
• Collaborate across teams to activate org chart updates to include billet realignment, FY billet allocations, etc.
• Process request for qualification reviews, career ladder promotion, and recruitment incentive request.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, interview processes, and candidate tracking.
• Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
• Track personnel actions, workforce vacancies, hiring metrics, and staffing progress.
• Coordinate employee training, certifications, professional development programs, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings related to staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.
• Support employee engagement activities, workforce communications, and organizational development efforts.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to address skill gaps, succession planning, and talent management needs.
• Coordinate with human capital offices, contractors, and government stakeholders to support workforce objectives.

Requirements

• BA or BS and 3 to 6 years' experience in relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Management, Human Resources.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to support protocols between high level government managers and Human Capital office.
• Strong communication skills through both writing, building out documents, briefings, and acting as a facilitator.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams, with experience using SharePoint and Teams to support process development.
• Strong process development skills with the ability to understand how multiple stakeholders impact the process and able to communicate this process both verbally and visually.
