Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning, staffing, and talent management across defense and homeland security sectors. The role coordinates hiring actions, maintains workforce data, develops reports, and partners with stakeholders to support recruitment and organizational readiness.

Due to federal consulting work, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must comply with safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating hiring events and surge hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring events and surge hiring across subdivisions.
• Support FTP planning and annual budgeting aligned with OCOS practices.
• Develop and coordinate hiring surge plans and staffing forecasts.
• Manage CTMS and GS hiring actions, postings, status checks, and bottlenecks.
• Validate data, reconcile reports, and support leadership decisions.
• Prepare hiring metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Provide centralized communication and guidance to hiring leads.
