Job summary

Ardent Eagle Solutions seeks a Federal Human Resources Specialist to provide HR and workforce-management support to the Department of Commerce OSIRC within AMO. The role focuses on talent acquisition, staffing, and hiring initiatives, partnering with AMO leadership and OHRM to ensure staffing actions are timely and accurate.

You will support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding, while maintaining HR records and utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word,

Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on experience in Federal government hiring and staffing.
• Knowledge of Federal HR regulations, guidelines, principles, and processes.
• Experience coordinating with OHRM, OPM, or similar agencies.
• Experience handling onboarding, performance management, and lifecycle HR activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support OSIRC talent acquisition, staffing, and workforce initiatives.
• Coordinate with OHRM and other HR stakeholders.
• Track staffing actions and ensure timely processing.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain HR records and use government IT systems.
• Communicate complex staffing and workforce matters clearly to stakeholders.
