Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
• Onsite work three days a week in Silver Spring, MD.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, public administration, communications, or related field.
• At least ten years of recruitment operations, talent acquisition, staffing coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment campaigns and candidate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, position clarification, recruitment campaign coordination, and candidate tracking.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, hiring manager communications, and follow-up actions.
• Help standardize recruitment processes, templates, and candidate communication practices.
• Support mission-critical hiring across scientific, clinical, regulatory, technical, and data roles.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain visibility into progress of hiring efforts.
