Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifying recruitment needs based on hiring plans, current staffing levels, and future staffing needs of assigned CBP Program.
• Collaborating with program office/SMEs for joint or individual attendance at job fairs and college recruitment events.
• Developing new methods to resolve difficult recruitment problems with significant uncertainty.
• Preparing research findings and briefs for NRD leadership.
