OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a Federal HR Specialist to create and evaluate AI-training content focused on Employee and Labor Relations, including Title 5 decisions, adverse actions, and appeals.

This remote US contractor role pays hourly. You will develop federal HR scenarios, write reference answers and rationales based on policy, review submissions from other experts, and ensure materials accurately reflect decisions and policy considerations.

Qualifications

• Current or former federal HR experience in the GS-0201 or GS-0260 series.
• Extensive knowledge of Title 5 HR matters.
• Experience with adverse actions, grievances, or appeals.
• Ability to explain HR decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop federal HR scenarios and case studies.
• Write reference answers and rationales based on federal HR policy.
• Review other experts' work and provide constructive written feedback.
• Evaluate deliverables against federal HR decisions and policy considerations.
• Clarify ambiguous material and identify opportunities for depth.
• Follow project guidelines, milestones, and quality standards.
• Produce written materials, review expert submissions, collaborate with project coordinators, and meet milestones.
