Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC (ATR) is seeking a Federal HR Classification Specialist to provide classification services for federal positions. Located in Alexandria, VA, this full-time contract role requires a minimum of three years’ experience in classification and writing Position Descriptions, along with an Active Secret security clearance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and supporting standardization of Position Descriptions in compliance with OPM standards. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

• Minimum of three years of experience in position classification.
• Minimum of three years of experience writing Position Descriptions.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end classification services across Title 5 and Title 10.
• Conduct supervisor and employee desk audits.
• Review and evaluate new and existing Position Descriptions.
