Leidos is seeking a Classification Specialist to support the FAA in a virtual US-based role. You will provide position classification and evaluation services to lines of business and staff offices across the agency.

You will develop job descriptions, classify positions, advise management on organization design, and ensure consistency with classification standards. A BA in HR or 8+ years of HR staffing experience, plus MS Office proficiency, are required.

Qualifikationen

• BA in HR or related field, or 8+ years HR staffing experience.
• 8 years staffing, talent acquisition or related HR experience.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Experience with Federal classifications is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide position classification and evaluation support to Lines of Business and Staff Offices.
• Develop job descriptions and classify positions per applicable standards.
• Advise managers on how to design positions for a complex organization.
• Maintain and ensure classification accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate policies and procedures.
• May conduct position reviews and desk audits.
