Job summary

AERMOR LLC is seeking a Human Resources Staffing and Classification Program Analyst to provide onsite support to NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on federal staffing, classification, recruitment, and new hire onboarding within the HR function.

You will manage onboarding milestones, review SF-50s for accuracy, use SharePoint to maintain HR data, and coordinate with government personnel to address staffing and onboarding needs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, OR 3+ years HR experience.
• 1+ year in HR recruitment/onboarding/training or program management; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support federal staffing, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities for NSWCDD HR office.
• Provide guidance while complying with policies and requirements.
• Track applicants, maintain status updates, and advise staffing actions.
