Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) seeks a Classification Specialist to provide administrative classification services for a government client at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will research, analyze, and write position descriptions and advise managers on classification decisions.

This full-time hybrid role requires Federal HR experience; a degree in HR is preferred. Benefits include health/dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). Salary is based on experience and education.

Competenze

• Advise top managers on position descriptions and organizational structures.
• Apply HR laws, regulations, and practices across federal contexts.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience; federal classification preferred.
