Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ full-time experience as a Federal HR Classification Specialist.
• Active MRPT or Secret Clearance preferred. Incumbents will be required to undergo a full security background and screening process.
• Must be proficient in federal HR practices.
• Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply the full range of Federal HR Classification skills: position management, position description classification, development of position descriptions, desk audits/reviews, FLSA determinations, and designation of position sensitivity.
• Provide PD Library Management support.
• Organizational restructuring support.
