Naval Education and Training Command seeks professionals to support Enlisted Programs at Navy Recruiting Processing Stations. You will review eligibility, process complex enlistment applications, and construct electronic service records with attention to regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating data from multiple sources, interviewing applicants, and ensuring records meet DoD standards. A background in quality assurance and experience with enlistment workflows is essential.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-04 level or equivalent; supervisory/leadership in a high-volume processing environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end enlistment or accessions processing workflow with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to apply military personnel/recruiting policies to resolve complex processing issues.
• Formal quality assurance or checks on applicant/enlistment records; identify deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
