Job summary

One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Maintaining filing systems of various records.
Entering data into automated database systems.
Reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
Utilizing office automation equipment and software in order to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence.

Responsibilities

Provide training to senior officers and staff on multiple program requirements and processes.
Plan, develop and implement procedures for administrative data collection and advise unit staff on correct procedures.
Review and update indoctrination welcome packages to ensure all packages include required legal and service documents and that policy changes are incorporated.
