Job summary

Nationwide IT Services in Washington, DC, seeks a Management Analyst I (Human Resources) to provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to the OCR within HHS. The role encompasses HR operations, staffing, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management in a fast-paced federal environment.

You will prepare SF-52 actions, assist HR programs, support recruitment, maintain HR documentation and workforce metrics, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred with 4–6 years federal HR/analytical experience.
• Experience with HR policies and federal regulations is required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Level II clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, process, track SF-52 Requests for Personnel Action.
• Assist HR programs and coordinate policies per federal regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding coordination, and personnel action processing.
• Maintain HR documentation, reports, and workforce metrics.
• Develop analytical reports, briefings, dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and agency directives.
