Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet seeks a recruitment advisory specialist to provide guidance on recruitment and placement issues across DoD programs. You will advise management on strategies, sources, and use of special programs to attract qualified candidates and support staffing goals.

You will also deliver advisory classification and position management support, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and DoD guidelines, with travel to CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing advisory on recruitment, staffing, and placement services.
• Proven ability to advise on methods, position design, pay flexibilities, and eligibility requirements.
• Familiarity with classification and position management regulations and procedures.
