Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for HPC and accelerated compute for US Federal agencies. You will own end-to-end GTM, influence product roadmaps, and work with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth in GovCloud, Secret, and Top Secret regions.

You will build partnerships, manage strategic customer relationships at senior levels, and craft compelling business cases for government-specific HPC workloads,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting in semiconductors or EDA.
• 5+ years of HPC infrastructure experience; cloud concepts familiarity.
• Experience with EDA tools and workflows (RTL, synthesis, place & route).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in US Federal and Public Sector markets.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, product engineering, partners, and marketing.
• Identify customer segments and build/qualify pipeline through the BD cycle.
• Develop business cases and influence AWS product roadmaps for HPC features.
• Lead programs, workshops, migration frameworks, and reference architectures for federal customers.
• Create sales collateral, whitepapers, and executive presentations.
• Monitor onboarding/adoption and drive revenue and workload retention KPIs.
• Deliver regular business reviews to senior leadership.
