Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for HPC and accelerated compute solutions serving Defense, Intelligence Community, and civilian federal agencies.

You will own the end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in the US Federal market, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive adoption, develop business cases, and shape product roadmaps with government-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience in semiconductor or EDA industry
• 5+ years of HPC infrastructure experience and cloud computing concepts
• Experience with EDA tools/workflows including frontend design (RTL, synthesis, simulation) and/or backend (place and route, timing)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in the US Public Sector, Govt. and Federal market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate customer requirements and define pathways to production adoption.
• Identify customer segments and partners to develop targeted value propositions and build pipeline.
• Develop business cases to support product feature requests for HPC use cases and workloads.
• Define HPC-focused AWS programs for US Federal, Public Sector and regulated customers, including workshops and migration frameworks.
• Create sales and marketing collateral to support BD processes (whitepapers, success stories, executive presentations).
• Monitor onboarding and adoption, drive revenue growth and workload retention for HPC workloads on AWS.
• Deliver regular business reviews to senior leadership on KPIs and progress
