Qualifications

• Successful sales experience in the federal marketplace.
• Experience using formal sales capture processes.
• Experience in Consulting Services, BPO, or IT solutions and markets including knowledge of competitive offerings.
• Experience in federal/state/local government acquisition processes, procedures, and laws.
• High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and winning work.
• Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for a large business entity.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Continuously learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Accenture Federal Services offerings and financial drivers; develop and maintain relationships with industry and clients.
• Provide Business Development support for the Department of Homeland Security within Accenture Federal Services.
