ARETUM Holdings LLC seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to drive growth in the DHS market and shape strategic opportunities. You will build a qualified pipeline, forge customer relationships, and collaborate across Capture, Proposal, Solutions, Pricing, and Operations to move opportunities through pursuit.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent, active Top Secret clearance, PMP, and 8+ years in federal business development with DHS exposure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years of federal business development, growth, capture, or GovCon experience, with significant experience supporting DHS customers.
• Proven success identifying, developing, and advancing new business opportunities within the federal market.
• Established DHS customer and industry relationships, with demonstrated ability to open doors and develop new customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within federal markets by identifying, developing, qualifying, and advancing opportunities.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned with growth priorities, capabilities, and revenue objectives.
• Maintain an active presence in the federal marketplace through customer engagements, events, and travel within the DMV region.
• Develop strategic teaming relationships, evaluating capability fit, contract access, past performance, and workshare value.
• Coordinate pursuit activities across executives, pricing, contracts, recruiting, operations, proposals, and external partners.
• Lead pipeline reviews, capture activities, and executive pursuit reviews to shape opportunities.
