Job summary

Waters Advanced Diagnostics is seeking a highly strategic National Account Executive, Government to lead growth across Federal Healthcare and Government Markets, covering VA, DHA/DoD, IHS, NIH, CDC, and other agencies. You will collaborate with strategic distribution partners to maximize federal opportunities and expand Waters' footprint in government labs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful sales experience within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory products, or capital equipment.
• Experience selling to VA and DoD/DHA.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise or government healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans across assigned federal healthcare accounts.
• Identify and advance opportunities within VA, DHA, MTFs, IHS, NIH, CDC, and federal labs.
• Build executive-level relationships with laboratory, procurement, contracting, and leadership stakeholders.
• Develop account plans for VISNs, VA Medical Centers, DHA Markets, and major MTFs.
• Influence purchasing and standardization initiatives within target agencies.
• Forecasts, pipelines, and account development plans.
