Job summary

Waters Advanced Diagnostics seeks a strategic National Account Executive, Government to drive growth across federal healthcare markets. You will lead executive-level engagement, build comprehensive account plans, and partner with distributors to maximize opportunities across VA, DoD, IHS, NIH, CDC and other agencies.

The role requires extensive travel (about 50%), expert strategic account management, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue objectives in complex government settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful sales experience within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory products, or capital equipment.
• Demonstrated success selling directly to VA/DoD/DHA and other federal healthcare customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned federal healthcare accounts.
• Lead executive-level relationships with laboratory, procurement, contracting, and healthcare leadership stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately, manage pipelines, and develop account development plans across VA, DoD, IHS, NIH, CDC and other agencies.
• Collaborate with distribution partners (Fisher Scientific, Cardinal Health, Medline) to maximize federal opportunities.
