Job summary

Huron is seeking an Incident Watch Officer to oversee operational incident management for a large federation with live site deployment and ongoing support. You will monitor, report, and coordinate across Oracle Health EHR-related workflows, contractors, and client representatives.

Qualifications

Strong communication across technical, clinical and operational teams while managing multiple tasks.
Experience with incident management processes and tools (ServiceNow, PowerBI).
Previous Federal consulting or DoD/VHA/MHS experience is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational activities related to incident management including tracking, briefing development, and dashboard maintenance/verification.
Create customised reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders using ServiceNow and PowerBI.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups to monitor, update, and report on existing tickets; prepare regular updates for senior management.
Identify risk areas and escalate issues for resolution; ensure compliance with established processes and perform quality control of incident data repositories.
